Why is there no email address or contact form?
An inbox collects names, addresses and old conversations that someone could one day ask us to hand over. Tickets live in your account, attached to your servers, and nothing else is kept. Every request also reaches an engineer with the full context of the server it is about.
I have a VPS or a Windows RDP. How do I get help?
Your server’s page in the client area has Server actions: reboot, snapshots, ISO, reinstall and reverse DNS. Our team carries them out and marks each one done on the same page. Payments are credited automatically, and the guides cover setup and security

How do I send something sensitive?
