The name and registered address of the company that operates OffshoreServ are provided on request, as our terms of service explain. That is the entity you contract with and the one bound by our policies.
We do not publish the names of the people who run the service. Hosting sensitive projects makes staff a target for pressure, and it should not matter who answers your ticket: what binds us is written in the terms, the acceptable use policy and the privacy policy.
We would rather be judged on what we publish and on how we handle the next complaint about your server.
