If you send too little, the payment page shows what is still due: send the rest before it expires. If the payment expires incomplete, or you send too much, report it from the payment’s page in your client area with the transaction ID: we check the blockchain and credit what arrived to your balance.

VPS and RDP services have a 72-hour money-back guarantee on their first period, refunded to your balance. The unused part of your balance that came from top-ups, never the bonus, can be withdrawn to your wallet from Billing in the client area, minus the network fee.

On the blockchain, no: amounts and addresses are hidden. On our side, the top-up is recorded on your account, which is identified only by an email address, and your servers are paid from its balance.

Yes. Renewals are paid from your balance on the due date, and you can top it up in XMR or any other coin we accept whenever you like. One top-up can cover several renewals.
