You top up a balance in US dollars from $100 to $10,000 per payment, with a bonus of +10% to +50%, and servers and renewals are paid from the balance. Billing is monthly, quarterly (−5%) or yearly (−12%). Pricing and billing rules.

It is credited automatically after the confirmations: BTC 1 confirmation (~10–30 min), ETH 12 confirmations (~2–5 min), XMR 10 confirmations (~20–30 min), USDT 12 confirmations (~2–5 min), SOL finalized (under 1 min). The crypto amount is locked for 30 minutes on the payment page, 45 minutes for Bitcoin and Monero.

New VPS and RDP services have a 72-hour money-back window on their first period, refunded to your balance, if no abuse complaint is pending. Dedicated and GPU servers are not refundable once delivered. The unused part of your balance that came from top-ups can be withdrawn in crypto from Billing, minus the network fee; the bonus, referral commissions and service credits cannot.

We send no email of any kind. Upcoming renewals, payments and notices appear in your client area, and your transactions can be exported as CSV from Billing.

US DMCA notices are answered, not actioned: the DMCA has no legal force in our jurisdictions. A court order from the server’s country can require action, and in Romania, the Netherlands and Bulgaria so can a notice that meets the EU Digital Services Act. DMCA-ignored hosting.

It is checked against the law of the server’s country. Foreign notices are answered without action; a valid local order or EU notice is followed, and you are informed in your client area first unless a court forbids it. DMCA and complaints policy.
