1. 我们的金丝雀声明说明了什么

我们的金丝雀声明是一份简短、陈述事实的声明，注明日期并经 PGP 签名，确认截至声明日期，OffshoreServ 未收到其中所列特定类别的秘密政府命令，且未向任何第三方交出任何客户数据。我们不在本页面转载该声明，因为真正重要的是经过签名的真实版本。请在 canary.txt 中阅读当前声明，并按以下步骤进行验证。

2. 如何验证我们的金丝雀声明

验证只需一分钟，既能证明该声明确实出自我们，也能证明其未被篡改。

下载两个文件：声明 canary.txt 及其分离式签名 canary.txt.asc，分别位于 https://offshoreserv.com/canary.txt 和 https://offshoreserv.com/canary.txt.asc
导入我们的公钥：从 /pgp 获取，并确认其指纹与该页面上公布的指纹一致。
验证签名（使用 GnuPG）：

来自我们密钥的有效签名即可确认该声明真实且未经修改。
核对日期。查看声明中的日期，确认其为近期日期。我们的金丝雀声明每季度更新一次，因此其日期距今绝不应超过一个季度。

3. 更新时间表

我们每季度更新一次金丝雀声明。当前声明的日期为 2026年9月25日，下一次更新应不晚于 2026年12月25日。每次更新都是一份注明新日期、重新签名的全新声明。

4. 缺失或过期意味着什么

请将以下情况视为具有实际意义的信号，而非例行情况：

金丝雀声明未按时更新，或其日期距今已超过一个季度。
金丝雀声明消失，或其签名无法再通过我们公布的密钥验证。
措辞发生变化，悄然删去了其原先涵盖的某一类别。

上述任何一种情况都可能表明，我们已无法再如实作出该声明，或者发生了我们不被允许描述的变化。金丝雀声明无法对未来作出承诺，短暂的延迟也可能出于寻常原因，因此不要因一次更新延迟就作最坏的推测。但是，您应当将缺失、过期或被改动的金丝雀声明视为提醒，保持谨慎，并查看我们的透明度报告及任何通知。请自行验证签名；不要依赖截图或第三方副本。
