The same four steps for every coin, from your account to your first login. 1. **Configure your server** — Plan, jurisdiction and setup on the deploy page, where you also create your account: an email address and a password, nothing else. 2. **Top up** — Balance too low? The deploy page asks for a top-up from $100 to $10,000 in the coin you choose, with its bonus. The payment page shows the exact amount and the address. 3. **Pay from any wallet** — A wallet you control keeps the payment between you and the blockchain. Keep the transaction ID. 4. **Deployed automatically** — After the confirmations, the amount and its bonus are credited and your server is ordered at once, paid from your balance. Its access details appear in your client area. Renewals are paid from your balance on the due date, with no invoice. The client area shows upcoming renewals and warns you when your balance is short, so top up early: confirmations take time. No card processor means no chargebacks, no fees passed on to you and no bank between you and your server. [Bitcoin](https://offshoreserv.com/bitcoin-vps) and [Ethereum](https://offshoreserv.com/ethereum-vps) work almost everywhere, but their history is public. ### What if the rate moves while I pay? The payment page locks the crypto amount for 30 minutes, or 45 minutes for Bitcoin and Monero. Send it within that window and the amount is guaranteed. Once credited, your balance is kept in USD, so later price moves do not change it. ### What if I send too little or too much? If you send too little, the payment page shows what is still due: send the rest before the payment expires. If a payment expires incomplete, or you send too much, report it from the payment’s page in your client area ( **Billing**) with the transaction ID: we check the blockchain and credit what arrived to your balance. ### Is there a bonus on top-ups? Yes, on every top-up: +10% from $100, +20% from $250, +30% from $500, +40% from $750 and +50% from $1,000. The minimum top-up is $100. The bonus is credited when the payment confirms and pays for any server or renewal. It is not refundable and cannot be withdrawn. ### Do you accept Lightning or other networks? Not yet. Bitcoin is on-chain only, and USDT is accepted on two networks, Ethereum (ERC-20) and Tron (TRC-20): you choose one before you pay. Sending on another network can lose the funds, so always use the network shown on the payment page. ### How do refunds work? New VPS and RDP services have a 72-hour money-back guarantee on their first period, refunded to your balance. The unused part of your balance that came from top-ups, never the bonus, can be withdrawn to your wallet from **Billing** in the client area, minus the network fee.
