Support

# How support works. Tickets, not inboxes.

There is no email address and no contact form. Customers with an active dedicated or GPU server open tickets with our engineers in their client area; every other server is self-service, with operations carried out by our team.

- First ticket reply under 12 hours
- No email, phone or chat logs
- Server actions on every plan

Who gets what

- **Dedicated & GPU**: Tickets with our engineers
- **VPS & RDP**: Server actions, self-service
- **Everyone**: Guides and network status

Replies stay in your client area

## Three ways to an answer.

Pick the one that fits: each goes straight to the people or the tools that can act on it.

- [Dedicated & GPU servers — Tickets with our engineers, from your client area. Replies stay in your account, next to your server. — Open a ticket](https://offshoreserv.com/account/support)
- [VPS & Windows RDP — Server actions on your server’s page: reboot, snapshots, ISO, reinstall and reverse DNS, carried out by our team. — Your servers](https://offshoreserv.com/account/services)
- [Guides & network status — Step-by-step guides for every product, and live incidents and maintenance for every location. — Browse the guides](https://offshoreserv.com/docs)

## Support, answered.

**Need hands-on help?** Tickets with our engineers come with every dedicated and GPU server.

### Why is there no email address or contact form?

An inbox collects names, addresses and old conversations that someone could one day ask us to hand over. Tickets live in your account, attached to your servers, and nothing else is kept. Every request also reaches an engineer with the full context of the server it is about.

### I have a VPS or a Windows RDP. How do I get help?

Your server’s page in the client area has **Server actions**: reboot, snapshots, ISO, reinstall and reverse DNS. Our team carries them out and marks each one done on the same page. Payments are credited automatically, and the [guides](https://offshoreserv.com/docs) cover setup and security step by step. Tickets with our engineers come with dedicated and GPU servers.

### Can I ask a question before I order?

Everything we would answer is published: specs and prices on every product page, [the jurisdictions compared](https://offshoreserv.com/locations#compare), our [terms](https://offshoreserv.com/terms) and policies, and the FAQ on each page. VPS and RDP plans also come with a 72 hours money-back guarantee, so you can test on a real server.

### How fast are tickets answered?

The first reply usually comes within 12 hours, from an engineer, and it appears in your client area: we never email you. Incidents that affect many customers are posted on the [status page](https://offshoreserv.com/status) first.

### How do I send something sensitive?

Encrypt it with our [PGP key](https://offshoreserv.com/pgp) and paste the armored text into your ticket. Never send passwords or private keys, even encrypted.

## Your own hardware, your own engineer.

1. Pick a dedicated or GPU server
2. Top up your balance in crypto
3. Open tickets from your client area

Dedicated from $47.49/mo · no setup fee · no ID
